Exchange Policy

At Elahinoor, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn't fit quite right or you'd like to try a different size or color, we're here to help make the exchange process simple and hassle-free.

What Can Be Exchanged?

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size: If the item doesn't fit as expected
  • Different color or style: If you'd like to try another option
  • Defective or damaged items: If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth process, we recommend initiating your exchange request as soon as possible.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn: The item must be in its original condition
  • Unwashed: Items that have been washed cannot be exchanged
  • Original tags attached: All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Follow these simple steps to exchange your item:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
  2. Receive authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with exchange instructions and a return authorization if approved
  3. Pack your item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship it back: Send the item to the address provided by our team
  5. Receive your exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: Elahinoor will cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or damage
  • Size or preference exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll cover the shipping cost for sending your exchange item
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange, subject to the same conditions as regular-priced items. However, the exchange will be processed at the sale price, and price adjustments cannot be made.

Final sale items marked as non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchange unless defective or damaged.

What If My Exchange Item Is Out of Stock?

If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, we offer the following options:

  • Store credit: Receive store credit for the full value of your returned item to use on any future purchase
  • Alternative item: Choose a different item of equal or lesser value
  • Waitlist notification: We can notify you when the item is back in stock
